Celebrate 40 Super Years with The Craft Central at SM Supermalls this September 2025!

HOW TO JOIN:

> Customers who spend a minimum of ₱100 in a single receipt are eligible to join.

> One raffle entry per qualified transaction.

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES (DATE & TIME):

> Entries will be accepted until September 30, 2025, at 10:00 PM.

RAFFLE DRAW / DETERMINATION OF WINNERS DATE & TIME:
> October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM

•  Location: The Craft Central participating branch

• The draw will be supervised by a representative from The Craft Central

  and a DTI Representative.

   

  PROCEDURE IN THE DETERMINATION OF WINNERS 

  > All qualified entries submitted from August 1 to September 30, 2025, will be compiled and validated.

• A digital randomizer tool will be used to select the winners during the draw.

•  The raffle draw will be conducted electronically and recorded for documentation.

•   Each entry will be reviewed to ensure it meets all promo requirements (minimum purchase, complete form, and social media follows).

• The draw will be witnessed by a company representative and a DTI representative.

PRIZES (with Complete Specifications)

> SWAG BAG (1 winner / per Branch)
– 1 curated tote bag filled with assorted items from local artists (art

prints, pins, stickers, craft items, etc.) worth ₱2000.  Surprise Envelopes (4 winners / per branch)

– Mystery envelope containing exclusive stickers, coupons, or small craft items worth ₱150 each.
***Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

NUMBER OF TIMES A PARTICIPANT CAN WIN:

Participants can only win once.
If a participant’s name is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the prize with the higher value, and another entry will be drawn for the remaining prize.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Winners will be notified via the following:
> Direct message on the social media platforms provided in their entry

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

•   SMS or email using the contact details they submitted

•  Registered mail

  ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS 

  Winners will be publicly announced on:
  The Craft Central’s official Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages
  A winners list will also be posted in-store at participating branches for 30 days

  TAX FOR PRIZES EXCEEDING ₱10,000

  If any prize exceeds ₱10,000 in value, the 20% prize tax will be shouldered by The Craft Central.
  (Note: Current prizes do not exceed ₱10,000.)

  PERIOD OF REDEMPTION / CLAIM PERIOD

  Winners have 60 days upon receipt of official notification to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes after the 60-day period will be forfeited in favor of The Craft Central with prior DTI approval.

  HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

   Winners must present a valid ID (with the same name used in the raffle entry).

•  Proof of notification (e.g., message/email from The Craft Central) must be shown.

•   For prizes to be shipped, winners must confirm their shipping address and submit a scanned ID.

•   In-store claiming may also be arranged depending on the winner’s location and preference.
