2. Are items displayed on the website in stock?
Yes. Items out of stock will display "Out of stock". We will also inform you via SMS/e-mail if the item you ordered is out of stock.
3. Do you offer bulk discounts?
We offer bulk discounts to workshop partners and resellers. To inquire, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. How long does it take for shipping?
It usually takes 1-3 working days to ship within Metro Manila while 5-8 working days for Provincial on average before you receive your order after submitting the payment.
5. How can I track my order?
You may track your orders with the tracking number we have sent you through www.ninjavan.co/en-ph/?tracking_id= for Metro Manila area and www.fastrack.ph/track for nationwide
6. I received the wrong item/ My order is incomplete/defective
Please send an email via email@example.com along with a picture of the items that you have received along with your concern within 5 days upon sending of the tracking number.
7. How do I join the rewards program?
All you need is an account and all of your purchases will earn points. Just click the rewards program tab at the lower portion of your screen to redeem points. Please note that these points are valid only for online purchases and will only be able to credit points from purchases made with your account.
8. How much is the shipping fee?
Metro Manila & Rizal (Up to 1kg) - 70.00
Metro Manila & Rizal (1kg+) - 120.00
Provincial (Up to 1kg) - 170.00
Provincial (1kg+) - 300.00
Should you use our Bulk shipping rate and turns to be higher than the cost, we will shoulder the excess amount. You may also choose to go for the member shipping rate, however, if your shipping costs exceed the amount we will be holding your package and charge the remaining balance first before shipping.
9. Why is no one confirming my payment or answering my questions sent to firstname.lastname@example.org?
Our work hours is from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Mondays - Fridays except on holidays and office holidays. For orders, we process payments from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Payments sent before or within the time period will be included in the shipment of the day. Orders sent after the cut-off time will be processed the next day.
10. I want to add something to my order, what do I do?
The best way to solve this is to email email@example.com and indicate the order number that should be canceled. We discourage manual additions to the orders as to this may result to mishandling your order.
11. What are your rates for International shipping?
We ship through DHL Express and amounts are estimated based on the location and weight of the items ordered.
